Top Living Construction is a general building and civil contractor specialising in residential, commercial and industrial projects. The company was established in 2005 and has since grown to become a respected contractor in the greater Cape Town area.

The TLC-team has been involved in large-scale civil engineering, construction and consulting projects since 1995. We are experienced in a variety of disciplines including design, construction, consulting and project management. The owner, Jannie Kotze is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 15 years experience in the building and engineering industry.

From the initial conversation until the final walk-through, you have a partner that is fully devoted to making your dreams come true. No matter how basic or complex the project, Top Living Construction will get the job done right, the first time.
